Description
Project objective: This study will contribute to the implementation of the civil service reform by studying civil servants’ and the general public’s knowledge, attitudes and preferences related to the reform. Moreover, it will serve as a baseline study for future research aimed at the evaluation of CSR’s impact and inform CSB’s communication strategies related to the reform. Specific objectives include 1. Identifying the public’s and civil servants’ preferences towards different components of CSR; 2. Assessing the current status of CSB and CSR through exploring the general public’s and civil servants’ attitudes, knowledge and expectations towards CSR; 3.Identifying potential challenges and solutions for the implementation of CSR; 4.Informing potential communications strategies.
Research design: Focus groups with civil servants, an online survey of civil servants, a survey of the general public.
